The 2nd EUIFA meeting happened on may 19, 2005 at Kemer-Antalya/Turkey. The meeting subjects were new memberships and management centers of EUIFA.

 Speakers of the meeting were : Karl Heinz Wolf (Germany) , Bruno Bratovic (Serbia), Milorad Duknic (Serbia), Lise Bestienne (Seychelles) , Elena Gushina (Russia), Elenore Wolf (Germany), Yvonne Blanco (Spain),  Hakan Oniz (Turkey), Jean Pierre Botha (South Africa) , Danny Van Belle (Belgium), Mazdak D. Ghalei (TRN Cyprus).

 Meeting Results :

 1) EUIFA aims and details told to Golden Dolphin Festival - Russia as a Regular Member, SUBIOS Festival - Seychelles and New Festival - South Africa as Honorary Member by Wolf, Oniz and Bratovic.

 2) The general center of EUIFA is in Germany, administrative office of EUIFA is in Eastern Mediterranean University - TRN Cyprus.
